Chitose Winery, established in 1988.
It began by brewing the haskap berries which grow wild around Chitose, In 1992 they planted Pinot Noir and Kerner grapes at the contract farmland of Kimura Orchid in Yoichi, and are creating wine that embodies the climate of Hokkaido.
You are able to sample the wine in the winery.
