Are there non-smoking rooms available?

The only non-smoking rooms available are the “non-smoking : resort twin bedroom”. All the other rooms allow smoking but we ventilate the room and deodorise properly. At the time of booking, please feel free to add a note to the remarks column to indicate that you want your room deodorised. All public areas are non-smoking. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I BYO food and drinks?

Apologies for the inconvenience, but please refrain from bringing food and drinks. Items bought from shops and vending machines inside the hotel may be brought into the room without any problem.

In case of making reservations for multiple rooms, Is it possible to get rooms close to each other?

If you book the same type of rooms, it is possible to get rooms close to each other. But it is dependant on the combination of room types, and they may still be apart from each other depending on availability.

Is a rental humidifier and air purifier available?
